How to use
How to use
Daliya Khichadi :
Step 1: Take 1 cup Daliya and 5 cups of water in a pressure cooker and salt as per taste
Step 2: Add vegetables as per choice (optional)
Step 3: Cover the lid and pressure cook on a medium or low flame for 2 whistles
Step 4: Let the cooker cool down, add 1tsp Desi Ghee and serve hot
Step 5: You may add tadkato your hot daliya (Tadka: Oil, Cumin, Turmeric, Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves)
Instant Poha:
Step 1: Take a cup of Poha in bowl (Preferably Air-tight)
Step 2: Add 3/4 cup of boiling water
Step 3: Cover the lid and keep it for 10 minutes
Step 4: Mix well and serve hot with Special Poha Sev and Jeeravan Masala (Included in the pack)
