How to use

1) Rinse 1 cup of Being Bania Guar Fali (dry cluster beans) thoroughly and soak the beans in water for at least 6-8 hours or overnight to soften.
2) Drain the soaked Guar Faki and rinse it again under running water.
3) In a large pot, add enough water to cover the beans. Boil the soaked Guar Fali for about 20-30 minutes or until they become tender
4) Drain the boiled Guar Fali and let them cool slightly.
5) Heat the 1-2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, minced garlic and sauté until it becomes golden brown
6)Add the boiled and drained Guar Fali to the pan
7) Sprinkle salt as per taste, ½ tbsp red chili powder, a pinch of turmeric for color, and add Being Bania Kitchen King Masala to it. Stir well.
8) Sauté the Guar Fali for 5-7 minutes until the spices are well-incorporated and the beans are nicely coated.
9) Serve hot as a side dish with roti or rice
